evolutionm.net (EvoM) was founded back in June, 2001 out of a passion for the Lancer and a noticable lack of a community on the web.
Originally named, Lancer Forums, the site began with a few simple html pages and a forum for discussion purposes. Lancer Forums
also started the first petition to bring the Lancer Evolution to the US, which you can find here:
http://www.petitiononline.com/lancer/.
Within months, the site rapidly grew and more time was invested to redesign and remodel the site: expanding on content driven articles
and adding even more useful member feaures, such as the vehicle registry. EvoM is now on its 3rd redesign and even more
features have been added: A fully customized forum, member vehicle registry, photo gallery, LancerShopper, articles, news,
and much more!
EvoM will continue to improve the quality of the site by adding additional features, hardware upgrades for site performance,
and unique content that can't be found anywhere else. In addition, the site has developed one of the firmest set of discussion forum rules
in order to assure all members the site will continue to provide the best content on this side of the web... no exceptions.

EvoM offers a number of additional features to our registered members such as:
- Free photo gallery space.
- Customizable front page - MyEvoM.
- Posting privileges on the forums.
- Vehicle listing on the registry system.
- EvoM Newsletter

Lancer Forums was established in June, 2001 with little more than a few pages of content and simple forum structure.

Now database driven, Lancer Forums grew to thousands of members, ranging from US Lancer owners to awaiting Evo owners.

EvoM has begun to develop into one of the premier automotive enthusiast web sites on the Internet. The site has over 10,000 registered users and 400,000+ posts.

Current Day: EvoM has purchased its own servers. With nearly 1 million posts and 20,000 members, EvoM continues to expand its member base and content.
